Kumquat Bounty
I thought I was receiving two kumquat trees when I replied to a freecycle post but instead ended up receiving a couple grocery bag fulls of kumquats. My mistake turned out to be a blessing! After feasting on these sweet fruits and sharing some with a kumquat loving friend I still had a large bowl full that I needed to use.Here are two recipes that were a perfect match for these citrus darlings.
