You have to do a little splurging when it's someone's birthday. When DaddyO's came around we got the Jameson and Baileys out and did a little baking.
EJ and I mixed a little of this recipe with a little of that and ended up with a special cupcake to celebrate a special person. After a resounding "Happy Birthday" sung from the kiddos and a little video conferencing we settled down and enjoyed the Irish confection together.
