learning from uncle dan

When my best friend joined the Navy I was afraid with both of us moving around we wouldn't get to see each other as much as before (which wasn't that much to begin with.) Her first duty station has been Beaufort, SC and fortunately we have gotten to see each other more than ever. Beaufort is a perfect halfway stop on our way to Pensacola and a wonderful respite from the long car ride.

We made our usual overnight stop on our way to and from Pensacola this last trip. In true Uncle Dan fashion he transformed our Element from dingy to sparkling while we were visiting. EJ got to help and learned some of his secrets along the way.


CJ cheered them on from the sidelines.


Aunt Sarah had a delicious dinner waiting when they were finished.
