Though evil designs continuously arise to destroy the Jewish people, God is faithfully working to save His people.

The Pensacola Chabad Center hosted a Jerusalem themed party to celebrate the deliverance of the Jews.

Purim greeting.

There are four commands that the Jewish people should fulfill on this holiday.

Reading the Megillah in Hebrew.

Se’udar Purim - a taste of Jerusalem meal.

Hamantash - Haman’s Ears cookies
Mishloach Manot - giving gifts to friends.

Matanot - giving to the poor.

There were also some games to keep the evening lively.

“Do not imagine that you in the king’s palace can escape any more than all the Jews. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place and you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time as this?” – Esther 4:13-14
