DaddyO and EJ spent part of Saturday afternoon baking in the kitchen. I'm usually the baker and DaddyO the chef in our family, so I love it when he gets the craving for something sweet and the house is filled with the aroma of cookies. EJ is his little helper in the kitchen. She gathers all her baking utensils and works alongside DaddyO.

We are moving out of our VA condo in a week and are in the process of clearing out the kitchen so this peanut butter cookie recipe was the perfect way to use up those almost empty peanut butter jars, milk chocolate chips, and Brazilian nuts that have been sitting in the pantry.
