Quiet Valley Historical Farm

ducklings
It was Animal Frolic Day at Quiet Valley Historical Farm. We traveled back to the 1800's and enjoyed the seemingly tranquil life in the country.

There were all sorts of baby animals for EJ to see, pet, and hold.

lamb
piglets
Demonstrations to watch.
sheep shearing
Games to play.
corn husk toss
fishing

 And food to try.
shoofly pie
butterfly cupcake
EJ sported her bandana and even got to ride a pony around a field.
We may not be living in Montana but it is fun to imagine it.

Quiet Vally Historical Farm is a fabulous place to enjoy an afternoon and being a Blue Star location makes it a place we will frequent this summer.
