Church and Snow

One of the things that my siblings and I always enjoy when heading back our parent's home towns is the glimpse of their childhood we're given and the stories that go along with it. This time we visited Bethel Lutheran, the church my dad grew up in. My Aunt B told of how she would be in the service and hear my cousin, who's family was living at the church, crying in the hallway above and would watch him until her sister realized he was missing.

CJ made it through the first song in the sanctuary and then I was off following him as he walked around the rest of the church.

EJ lasted much longer thanks to some activity bags they provided before the service.

We were greeted with a mini snowstorm as we left the church. It brought back many memories of my childhood growing up in snowy MN.
