Dessert Sushi

The day before we were to take DaddyO to the airport for his CA training our squadron held their annual initiation ceremony. As a returning "geisha" I didn't need to be initiated and got to help with the festivities. I opted to make dessert sushi.

I have never had so much candy and processed food in my house but it did make for an easy dessert. 

EJ was eager to help.

She opened, sliced and molded for me.

In the end we had a couple platters with some sweet Japanese flare.
