Week 7 Menu


Funny enough I am not cooking anything Japanese this week, we have eaten out quite a bit the last month and Japanese food is so much better (and cheaper) in the resturants, but this illustration seemed fitting as this is my first weekly menu in Japan. All I can say is we are beyond thrilled to be cooking at home again. The kitchen and pantry are set to go!

Sunday:  (L) Chicken Satay w/Grilled Asparagus (D) Brian's Deadman's Chili
Monday: Eggplant Parm, Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dip Recipe
Tuesday: Steak, Spinach and Mushroom Crepes with Balsamic Glaze
Wednesday: Spinach-Feta Quiona Cakes
Thursday: Vegetable Enchiladas
Friday: Three-Cheese Mushroom and Spinach Calzone
