It's Christmas Time in NYC

This was our third Christmas in New York City with EJ (1st and 2nd) and our first with CJ. It's fun seeing how excited EJ gets when we tell her we're going into the city. Uncle J and Curls joined us this time. He started our day off with a hearty breakfast.

We had a sunny day trekking through Manhattan doing our favorite Christmas activities.

 We walked through Central Park.

Saw the Nativity in front of The Plaza Hotel.

And shopped in FAO Schwartz.

EJ got to pick out one present there and out of all the baby dolls, stuffed animals, games, and toys, she chose nail polish.

We choose from a wonderful variety of foods for lunch at the Columbus Square Christmas Market.

It was delicious!

The highlight of this trip was the "Come Home for Christmas" production at Times Square Church. As usual we got there an hour early so we were guaranteed seats together.

It was a Broadway quality musical that gave the true meaning of Christmas.

DaddyO and I couldn't leave the city without a picture in Time Square.

CJ was wide eyed as he took in all the lights.

EJ got a front row seat through the city traffic.

The lines at Vinearos were too long for us to enjoy coffee and pastry but we did get some of our hand pulled Chinese noodles.
